Generative SEO provides Generative SEO consulting and implementation services designed to improve visibility in AI-powered search results, including Google AI Overviews and LLM-based search engines.
3. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, visibility metrics, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms and AI systems are constantly evolving, and results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Grant necessary access to relevant systems when required
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and methodologies developed by Generative SEO remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their existing content and business assets.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Generative SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in individual service agreements.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
